If there is any repairing necessary, please feel free to contact Studio Orange via hello(at)studioorangedesign.com if you are unsure about what to do.

All pieces have a 2 years warranty on solder joints or adhesive points when it comes to pearls.

All other damages have to be discussed with Studio Orange, we are happy to work out a solution with you.

RETURNS

If there is any other problem with your jewelry, also please feel free to contact us via hello(at)studioorangedesign.com. Then a solution can be found together and through dialogue.

We kindly want to inform you, that:
- Jewelry is only possible to return if unworn and undamaged.
- Returns are only possible in the original packaging
- Return shipping is subject to charge, which depends on your location.
- Return label will be created by Studio Orange and sent to you via email.

Any sizes that are a one of a kind production can not be returned. Please make sure that your ringsize fits, if you are unsure, feel free to contact us or have a look here.
